Richard Clarkson

Richard is the Founder and Creative Director at Richard Clarkson Studio, LLC., During his studies at SVA Products of Design Masters program Richard realized and developed a strong passion for physical computing and business management. Evident in his work and methodology is a unique collision of Richard's New Zealand, Industrial Design background and his more recent experiences of the vibrance and culture of New York City.


Christopher Mourato

Chris is the Studio Manager and Designer. NYC Based. Graduated from The School of Visual Arts, NYC. Interested in exploring design, problem solving, and growing a wicked garden. As Studio Manager Chris keeps everything running smoothly in the studio.


Luz Cabrera

Luz is a Junior Designer. She graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a B.S in Industrial Design. Truly intrigued by everything that involves design, she lives between the worlds of industrial and graphic design. Focused on making meaningful experiences, that can bring a spark to a person’s life.


Samuel Wells

Sam is a Junior Designer. Loves the responsibility of shaping the intimate, engaging experiences we can have with objects. Additionally, he is continually inspired by new technologies and manufacturing techniques – and exploring how to thoughtfully apply them to improve the lives of end users and the environment we live in.

Chris Habijan

Chris is a Production Assistant. Currently in his last year in Industrial Design at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Interested in furniture and lighting design taking full advantage of all the technology we have available. Driven by surrounding cultures and everyday activities. Adapting, creating and loving fine wine.


Juan Carlos Trapp

Juan is a Production Assistant. Graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a B.S in Industrial Design. He blurs the line between art and design, always pushing the envelope to create a new kind of experiences when it comes to product design.  He is currently pursuing a second degree in Mechanical Engineering.
