Prices are located in our shop and are listed in USD. We have free shipping to the continental USA, prices for international shipping calculated at checkout. Custom peice pricing is available upon request.

+ STUDIO

Our New York City studio is located in Brooklyn at 300 Morgan Ave and is open by appointment. Please email the studio at the above email address to schedule a visit.

+ TRADE

Our standard trade discount is 15% for a minimum order of over $5k (use the coupon code at checkout: TRADE+5k). This increases to 20% for orders over $10k (coupon code: TRADE+10k) and 25% for orders over $40k (coupon code: TRADE+40k). Please note, due to limited units the Cradle Chair and Floating Cloud are not viable for Trade Discounts.

We have units of certain products available for hire, on a daily or weekly basis. Please enquire at hello@richardclarkson.com and we'll help find the best fit for your needs.

+ SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout - prices are in listed in USD. Any local taxes, VAT or duties are billed by customs to the consignee upon delivery.

+ INSTALLATION

We have designed each piece to be able to be easily installed by yourself (or in the case of some lighting products by an electrician). We are happy to recommend a local electrician, if you like. For more information see our installation guide.

+ TINY

Standard installation: The Tiny Cloud comes with: Tiny Cloud with USB cord, USB power supply, White hooks (with hoop crimps), Instruction Manual and a Handwritten Note. Cloud is hung via white hooks and plugged into USB power supply which is in turn plugged into an outlet (or extension cord)

Lightbulb adapter Option: This is an add-on option that is the same as Standard except rather than plugging the USB power supply into an outlet it is plugged into the Lightbulb adapter which in turn is screwed into a lightbulb socket. This option works well if downlight sockets are already installed. Using this option it is also possible to hang the Tiny Cloud directly from the lightbulb adapter and forgoing the white hook.

Hardwire conversion Kit option: This is an add-on option that enables the Tiny Cloud to be hardwired into a junction box. Comes with all the necessary components, hardware and adapters necessary to do this but does require a junction box or electrical box to mount to.

+ INTERNATIONAL

Unless otherwise stated all products are wired for 110-240v at 50-60Hz. Where possible we will ship an adapter to fit the electrical socket of your country. Any local taxes, VAT or duties are billed by customs to the consignee upon delivery.

We love hearing about and sharing articles and publications about us or our products so let us know about them!

+ RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the product you are able to return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days from date of delivery. We will refund the price of the product less a 5% restocking fee and any associated shipping costs. After the 30 day timeframe we do not accept returns.

+ WARRANTY

Our products are covered by a one year warranty unless otherwise stated. Within that timeframe in the event of a issue with a product we will ask that the product be returned to us in New York USA. Once returned we will evaluate the issue and identify the cause. If the issue is found to be the result of a manufacturing error we will reimburse the return shipping cost, repair or replace the unit and ship it back to the the buyer. Beyond that timeframe we will repair each unit on a case by case repair fee.
